DAAD is offering Helmut Schmidt fully funded master’s degree scholarship for Public Policy in Germany, 2020, for those with first degree in the field of social sciences, political sciences, law, economics and in public administration.
You will have to check the relevant courses offered by, and apply to, one of these 7 universities:
1. Hertie School of Governance, Berlin
2. Universität Duisburg-Essen
3. Willy Brandt School of Public Policy at the University of Erfurt
4. Leuphana Universität Lüneburg
5. Hochschule Osnabrück
6. Universität Osnabrück
7. Universität Passau
8. Universität Potsdam
Then proceed to apply for the scholarship. University education in Germany is tuition-free, so the scholarship is towards payment of monthly 850 € living expenses.
