Aquaculture worker needed in Canada by Kelly Cove Salmon Ltd.
Employees daily job tasks include feeding, cleaning, fish handling, record keeping, water quality measurements, normal fish husbandry and general cleaning of equipment and facility.

- Location: Bridgewater, NS
- Salary: 18.00 to 20.00 hourly for 80 to 90 hours bi-weekly
- Terms of employment: Permanent employment
Full time - Day, Weekend, Shift, Morning

Employees can expect outdoor work around the ponds including feeding, water quality measurements, mowing/weed eating, pond seining, fish grading and weekend fish sales. Students must be able to lift fifty pounds. Employees will work closely with researchers, other research personnel and supervisors. Employees will work as part of a team, which is instrumental creating a quality atmosphere for research and education.
Applicants must have good communication skills, be dependable, very thorough, exhibit self-motivation and show a desire to take on responsibility and learn. Applicants must provide their own transportation. Previous aquaculture experience is preferred; however, it is not a requirement. Applicants should expect to work some holidays and 1-2 weekends per month.
