The Car Wash Manager will be required to manage the day to day operations by ensuring the smooth operations at the car wash, and is responsible for the daily operations, manage Inventory and handling Customer enquiries whilst liaising with the Owner on a regular basis.

The Car Wash Manager will be required to manage the day to day operations by ensuring the smooth operations at the car wash, and is responsible for the daily operations, manage Inventory and handling Customer enquiries whilst liaising with the Owner on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:

• Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed;
• Maintain excellent customer service standards;
• Minimize company losses and damage claims while controlling costs;
• Identify and resolve customer complaints;
• Hire and ensure all employees and managers are trained according to policies;
• Maintain constant training of personnel on systems and procedures;
• Ensure that a high level of cleanliness is always maintained in the tunnel, customer areas, vacuum lot, and backroom;
• Achieve profit goals for the location;
• Maintain efficient personnel scheduling;
• Maintain vendor relations and build new client relations;
• Oversee daily business operations;
• Complete all administrative tasks in an organized, timely manner;
• Hold meetings to conform with company standards;
• Maintain safe environment and work experience;
• Assess performance and skill of all employees and conduct performance reviews.
